Phase 1: Visualization with Mock-Up
Before any intervention, we created a physical mock-up so Brian could see and feel the final design of his smile. This tool transformed the plan into a tangible reality, ensuring that his expectations were perfectly aligned with our clinical vision from the outset.
Phase 2: The Fundamentals of Health
Two teeth required root canal treatments to eliminate deep infections, followed by build-ups (core reconstructions) to create a solid foundation. This step, although invisible in the final result, was essential for durability.
Phase 3: Comprehensive Restoration
We carefully prepared 18 teeth to receive metal-free zirconia crowns, selected for their combination of strength, biocompatibility, and natural aesthetics. Each crown was digitally designed to achieve perfect occlusion and visual harmony.
Phase 4: Long-Term Protection
Upon completion, we provided Brian with a customized Michigan-type occlusal guard, designed to protect his investment and maintain the stability of his bite.
Note: During the procedure, a fractured third molar was also extracted, contributing to your overall oral health.
